BOOKING POLICY:
1. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment to allow for time to check-in at the front desk.
2. We do have a 5 minute grace period if you call ahead and let us know you are going to be late. If you do not call, we may not be able to provide a service if you aren’t in the salon by your appointment time. Taking late arrivals pushes all the following children's appointments back for the remainder of the day.
3. If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to fit you in, and give you the next available appointment time or we might have to reschedule you for another day.
4. If you are unable to attend your scheduled time, please cancel or reschedule your appointment so that another child can receive services and so that our stylists do not lose an appointment time.
5. Our stylists do their best to perform services in the allotted time, however, sometimes there are situations that are out of our hands which may make us run a little behind.
