Booking instructions

Booking Policies:

1.Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time to give you time to check-in at the front desk

2. We do not have a grace period and may not be able to provide a service if you aren’t in the salon by your appointment time.  Taking late arrivals pushes all appointment time back.

3. If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to fit you in, give you the next available appointment or we might have to reschedule you for another day.

3. Our stylists do their best to perform services in the allotted time, however sometimes there are situations out of our hands and it might make us  run a little behind. 

4. If you are unable to make your appointment time, please cancel your appointment so another family can receive services and our stylist do not lose out on a haircut.
