As a locally and family-owned small business, we’re more than just a salon - we’re a place where families in our community feel at home. Run by parents who get what kids need, we’re here to make every haircut a fun and stress-free experience. Whether it’s your child’s first haircut or a regular trim, our skilled and friendly stylists are ready to handle wiggles, giggles, and everything in between. We’re dedicated to helping your little ones look and feel their best, making each visit something to smile about.We are an appointment-based salon and highly recommend booking ahead to guarantee your spot. Walk-ins are always welcome when availability allows, but please note there may be a wait while we accommodate our scheduled guests first.
For our little friends who are hesitant or resistant to haircuts, or who have additional support needs, please call us to discuss scheduling a Sensory Safe appointment with one of our trained and certified stylists. Booking a regular haircut appointment typically doesn’t allow for the extra time needed to best support your child — and we want every kiddo to feel comfortable and safe.

From the moment your child climbs into one of our fun styling chairs - whether it’s a police car, fire truck, or plane - we’re all about creating a haircut experience that’s as memorable as it is enjoyable. Our kid-friendly stylists know how to keep little ones entertained and comfortable while a family movie plays, turning what could be a routine haircut into a fun adventure.
We believe that every visit to the salon should be a joy for the whole family. As your child grows, they can graduate from our fun car chairs to our "big kid" chairs, making each visit a milestone. And we don’t stop at just kids - parents are encouraged to get their haircuts with us too!

With decades of experience, Ms. Kristina is the trusted leader behind our salon team and one of the driving forces behind the warm, welcoming experience families have come to know and love. As our Regional Manager, she leads by example, setting the standard for exceptional haircuts, genuine compassion, and treating every child with patience, kindness, and respect. Whether it's a first haircut, a new style, or a child who simply needs someone willing to slow down and earn their trust, Kristina has a remarkable way of making families feel comfortable from the moment they walk through our doors. Her dedication to mentoring our team has helped build a salon culture centered around compassion, patience, and exceptional care.
As a proud mom and grandma, caring for children comes naturally to Kristina. She has a special gift for connecting with kids of all ages and personalities, meeting them with warmth, patience, and understanding. To Kristina, a great haircut is only part of the experience, her greatest reward is seeing a child leave feeling proud of themselves and a parent leave knowing their family was truly cared for. It's that heart for children and families that has made her such a trusted part of the Pigtails & Crewcuts family.
Ms. Amber
Stylist in Training
Ms. Amber is a proud mom of three and a licensed cosmetologist with three years of experience behind the chair. Originally from Denver, she brings a calm, friendly energy that helps kids and parents feel comfortable from the moment they sit down.
When she’s not in the salon, Amber loves traveling and expressing her creativity through interior design. She enjoys making every visit a positive experience and looks forward to helping families leave feeling happy and confident.
Ms. Amber is supported by experienced managers who are on site to mentor and guide her as she continues developing her craft. Our team works collaboratively, and we encourage open communication throughout the haircut. If at any point a parent has questions or would like a check-in, our managers are happy to support and guide while keeping the experience comfortable and on track.
